Hi! My name is Jonathan! I am currently pursuing my degree in computer science at the University of Florida. My passion lies in full-stack development and artificial intelligence. Involvement: Freshman Leadership Engineering Group
Recruiting students at the University of Florida to enroll in CodePath courses through social media and student organizations. Providing the first line of technical support, feedback, and troubleshooting for students throughout the semester. Building interactive frontends with React and utilizing HTTP methods to interact with data in Web APIs. Collabrating closely with CodePath.org operations team to support, assess, and improve the student learning experience.
Learning AI concepts, deep learning skills, and ethical AI considerations.
Participated in a 4-week intensive computer science summer program for high-achieving students. Completed an introductory project-based HTML/CSS and JavaScript curriculum taught by Google engineers. Configured 15 individual coding projects in JavaScript by using concepts such as variables, data types, and functions. Attended product design, resume development, and software engineering interview workshops. Delivered a collaborative final project presentation that included a live demonstration to Google employees and community leaders.
